In July of 2019, Crossgate Partners purchased the Class A, completely redeveloped Regional Headquarters of Brasfield & Gorrie, one of the nation’s largest privately held constriction firms. The 109,855 square foot trophy office building is strategically located in one of Atlanta’s most dynamic and desirable locations. The Property’s attractiveness is further enhanced by its proximity to SunTrust Park, home of the Atlanta Braves, and the surrounding affluent communities of Cobb County.

With many custom features and touches, the new headquarters was meticulously planned and designed by the firm’s leadership to incorporate technology, foster collaboration and to be a resource to clients. Like many of the firm’s projects, the new headquarters was created with sustainability in mind and features locally sourced and salvaged materials.
