Focus Brands headquarters in Sandy Springs sells for $18 million
ATLANTA – March 23, 2018 – Crossgate Partners has purchased the corporate headquarters for Atlanta restaurant franchisor FOCUS Brands Inc. for $18.3 million.
The Class A, 4-story, single-tenant office building totals 63,049-square-feet and is located in Sandy Springs.
The FOCUS Brands building looks, flows and feels like it was designed and built from the ground up. Artful, architecturally interesting, inviting, and efficient, the millennial-minded space features open floor plans and collaborative design to foster employee interaction and innovation. The building Annex contains 6 state-of-the-art, full mock-up test kitchens, designed for franchise sales and product testing, yet the design also accommodates multi-tenant leasing for the future.
The building was completely renovated in 2015, to include over $10 million of improvements.
FOCUS Brands, the franchisor and operator of more than 5,000 stores in 60 countries, is enveloped into the master-planned urban development known as Glenridge Springs. As Such, the building is part of a luxury apartments mixed-use project offering numerous walkable restaurants, retail amenities and residential options including Windsor at Glenridge.
Gary Lee, with Marcus & Millichap, brokered the sale of the building, which is located within Atlanta’s Central Perimeter at Glenridge Drive and Interstate 285.
FOCUS Brands Inc. have signed a 10-year lease, which makes this property a star asset to add to Crossgate Partner’s real estate portfolio.
