Jeff Neuber co-founded Crossgate Partners with Randy Moore in 2002 to create and grow a portfolio of value-added real estate assets. As one of the Managing Partners for Crossgate Partners, LLC, he is responsible for the leadership and direction of the company. 

Jeff has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer for a global leadership development organization for over 25 years. Previously, he was employed for six years in the aerospace industry working for Rohr, Inc. in Chula Vista, CA.

Jeff received his Masters degree from the University of San Diego. He currently resides in Johns Creek, Georgia and is married to Shannon. Together they have 3 boys.
