Marty Dougan is Crossgate Partner’s Operation Manager. Marty handles the day to day operations of Crossgate Partners’ owned and managed properties and is the lead property manager. He has worked in Property Management and tenant relations for over 10 years. Prior to working with Crossgate Partners, Marty worked for one of the largest residential property management firms in Virginia, heading up a team of leasing associates. 

A native of Central New York, he now resides in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and two young children. Marty graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cortland State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics and Management.
