The Next is a 165 unit, 551 bed student housing community located right on the edge of the University of West Florida campus. In collaboration with Michael’s University Student Living & Olson Land Partners, Crossgate Partners completed the development of this fully-furnished, first class facility in 2016, on time to meet the University’s student housing needs for the 2016-2017 school year. This highly sought-after apartment complex features many amenities such as a community pool, on-site parking, security card access, community space, study rooms, a recreation center, and in-unit washer & dryers.
