Crossgate Partners acquires Brasfield & Gorrie’s Atlanta Regional Headquarters
ATLANTA – June 17, 2019 – Local investment group CG B&G LLC, an affiliate of Atlanta-based private real estate investment and development firm Crossgate Partners and Amdec USA LLC, has acquired the Atlanta Regional Headquarters of Georgia’s largest contractor and award-winning construction firm, Brasfield & Gorrie.
The 109,855 square foot property was presented to CG B&G LLC through Transwestern Commercial Services as a “completely redeveloped trophy office building…strategically located in one of Atlanta’s most dynamic and desirable locations.” Located within pitching distance from SunTrust Park, home of the Atlanta Braves, the Class A office building is surrounded by the affluent community of Cobb County where Brasfield & Gorrie has had a presence for 18 years.
The state-of-the-art office building was completely renovated in 2018 to modernize both the exterior and interior with custom, high end finishes surpassing the design of the current Atlanta market. Like many of the firm’s projects, the building was designed with sustainability in mind and features locally sourced and salvaged materials.
Brasfield & Gorrie have signed a 15-year, absolute net lease, which makes this property a star asset to add to Crossgate Partner’s real estate portfolio.
