Randy Moore co-founded Crossgate Partners with Jeff Neuber in 2002 to create a diverse real estate investment portfolio of office, retail, multifamily and development assets. As one of the Managing Partners for Crossgate Partners, LLC, Randy is responsible for acquisitions, development and disposition of the Company portfolio of assets. 

Since 1986, Randy has been actively managing investments across many asset classes. Prior to starting Crossgate Partners, he served as President of The Zures Companies in San Diego, California for 14 years. As President, Randy managed more than $110 million in private equity investments in telecommunications, general technology, manufacturing, and real estate. During this same period, he participated in acquisitions of many multi-family assets in California and Arizona, the development of several single family home projects and various alternative investments throughout California and the Pacific Northwest, gaining extensive experience in managing corporate operations and partner relations. This experience has proved valuable to building a diverse portfolio of real estate assets for Crossgate Partners.

Since 2000, Randy has participated in acquisitions and developments totaling more than $600 million in office, retail, mixed-use, hotel, multifamily, assisted living, single tenant, residential, condominium and bank-owned loan portfolios. Under his direction, the Company has been active in acquiring and developing assets throughout Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee and the Carolina’s. During this same period, Randy has expanded Crossgate’s co-investment capital partners to include well recognized private equity firms, strategic partners and high net worth individuals. 

In 1986, Randy graduated from the University of San Diego with a B.B.A. in Accounting. He currently resides in Alpharetta, Georgia and is a member of the Atlanta Athletic Club and enjoys highly competitive tennis. Randy is also active on a number of corporate boards for privately held companies.
