333 Research Court is a two story, multi-tenant commercial office building located in major business center Technology Park of Norcross, GA. Technology Park contains over 500 acres and employs over 7,000 people in the metropolitan Atlanta area. When Crossgate acquired the property, we made multiple enhancements including painting the entire exterior and completing some deferred maintenance projects. Additionally, the office space of the largest tenant was completely renovated. Several thriving software and telecommunications companies occupy the office building.
